Founded in 2014, Linjer is a luxury jewelry and accessories company with a goal of making it easier for people to invest in long-lasting, quality products. Over the past few years, we have grown massively from a small Hong Kong based startup to a global team, and are entering the next phase of our explosive growth this year. 

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager who would be the leader driving the success of Linjer’s store, overseeing everything from daily operations to store team performance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and thoughtfulness our brand is known for.

This role is full time in Hong Kong.

Our Ideal Profile

• The ideal candidate has deep experience in a leadership role running a physical retail store; luxury retail or fine jewellery background preferred
• You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

What you will work on:

• Own the store’s commercial performance including sales targets, KPIs, and conversion
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, ensuring that team members are knowledgeable about Linjer products and provide exceptional customer experience
• Coach and develop staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and brand standards
• Uphold the image of the brand through visual merchandising, store maintenance, and grooming standards
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting
• Set up processes and systems and maintain operational excellence in your store
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations 
• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and replenishment
• Report on store performance to senior management 
• Liaise with central team on product, operations, and customer feedback
