Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Operations Executive to join our dynamic digital advertising team. In this early-career role, you will support the execution and management of online advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and optimal performance across various digital platforms.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ad Manager, Pinterest and others
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure ads are running correctly and meeting client objectives
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and resolve delivery issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution
  • Coordinate creative requests to other team members 
  • Generate routine reports on campaign metrics and assist in analyzing performance data
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign details, schedules, and client requirements
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform updates to support continuous improvement

Who you are
  • Professionally fluent in English
  • A mature recent graduate or you have a few years of experience (we'll adapt the role to your seniority)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
  • You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
  • You work well with others
