Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jewellery Quality Control Inspector & Returns Manager to join our fast-growing team.


The position is half-time or full-time in Hong Kong, mostly based at our 3PL.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end returns handling process in our Hong Kong 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate evaluation of returned jewellery
  • Manage and train 3PL staff members to do basic sorting and inspection of returns
  • Conduct detailed quality inspections to assess the condition of returned pieces, especially our most expensive 14k gold jewellery
  • Execute on quality control protocols and checklists for returned inventory
  • Collaborate with customer service, production and inventory departments to resolve returns, rework, or restock as appropriate
  • Ensure that returns are stocked back into inventory or sent back to factories for repair
  • Track stock movements in our ERP
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards
  • Identify recurring quality issues and propose solutions or SOP updates

Who you are
  • Professionally fluent in English
  • Bonus: Professionally fluent in Cantonese
  • Experience level is flexible; we tailor the role to match your seniority and skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow processes
  • Proficient with technology (MS Excel will be required)
  • A collaborative team player who works well with others
  • Mature, responsible, and exercises sound judgment in decision-making
