Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Returns & Warehouse Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily ecommerce logistics, coordinate with 3PL partners, oversee inventory and returns, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to provide an exceptional customer experience.
The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Returns & Warehouse Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily ecommerce logistics, coordinate with 3PL partners, oversee inventory and returns, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to provide an exceptional customer experience.
The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with our 3PL partners to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations
- Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including inventory stock-in, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and issue resolution
- Coordinate closely with third-party logistics providers and carriers to guarantee timely, cost-effective deliveries
- Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- Manage the returns process by overseeing returns providers and coordinating with our 3PL to ensure smooth handling
- Lead and supervise physical returns processing activities at our 3PL facilities to maintain quality and efficiency
Who you are
- Professionally fluent in English
- Bonus: Professionally fluent in Cantonese
- Experience level is flexible; we tailor the role to match your seniority and skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools
- A collaborative team player who works well with others
- Mature, responsible, and exercises sound judgment in decision-making
