Head of Retail

Founded in 2014, Linjer is a luxury jewelry and accessories company with a goal of making it easier for people to invest in long-lasting, quality products. Over the past few years, we have grown massively from a small Hong Kong based startup to a global team, and are entering the next phase of our explosive growth this year. 

We are looking for an exceptional talent to be our Head of Retail who would spearhead Linjer’s expansion into physical retail. 

This is a unique opportunity as we are gearing up to open 3-4 stores in Hong Kong in the coming months, with the vision to open up 500 stores globally over the next 5 years. As a seasoned retail professional, you’ll put your operational excellence and creative leadership to the test, with the challenge of a lifetime! :)

Our Ideal Profile

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building up or leading retail functions within relevant brands (bonus if it’s a D2C ecommerce brand!), and has strong working knowledge of what it takes for a retail store to succeed!

What you will work on:

• Open new stores for Linjer in key markets, starting from Hong Kong
• Liaise with real estate operators in Hong Kong to secure suitable physical locations for Linjer stores
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, ensuring that team members are knowledgeable about Linjer products and provide exceptional customer experience
• Develop omnichannel strategies to ensure a seamless and integrated experience between online and physical touch points
• Create operational processes and systems which will become the backbone of our retail operations
• Be the owner of retail P&L
