UX and CRO Designer

   Founded in 2014, Linjer is a luxury jewelry and accessories company with a goal of making it easier for people to invest in long-lasting, quality products.

We are growing quickly -- we expect our webshop traffic to double this year!

We are seeking a UX & CRO Designer to oversee UX design, site experience and CRO. You will become our resident expert for everything related to our Shopify webshop, and you will manage outside developers in fixing bugs and making improvements to our site both small and large.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.
 

What You'll Do

• UX Design and Site Experience
  • Craft aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly designs for all of our digital touchpoints with customers
  • Create briefs for our developer for site changes and see them through to implementation (including testing and ensuring nothing has broken)
  • Own overall website experience, including monitoring conversion rate at different points and flagging potential issues
  • Lead on bug fixes with our developer/service providers
  • Own implementation of new apps on our Shopify store
• CRO
  • Ideate and mock up web design changes for A/B tests for our website for CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Run our CRO workflow, including managing build of tests (by outside developers) implementation, monitoring and analysis of A/B tests
• Documentation
  • Create and maintain documentation for other team members who may upload content/change our storefront
• Perhaps you will also:
  • Help design content for other marketing channels: website (e.g. banners), email promotions, email templates, banner ads and social media
  • Create content (both images and videos) for use across our digital channels
  • Help ideate/design jewelry products
  • Help QA site changes

Who You Are

• A tertiary degree holder
• Fluent English speaker
• You have a great eye for design and a strong sense of good user experience
• You have experience doing web design
• You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following and making processes
• You are able to manage multiple work streams at once
• You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease
• You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
• You have at least a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture

Bonus

• You have prior experience using tools like Figma
