Who we're looking for
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer/Jewellery Designer to concept and develop original jewelry collections that reflect our brand aesthetic. You will own the creative process from initial sketches through to production samples, working closely with our manufacturing partners who handle all CAD rendering.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities
  • Sketch and develop original jewelry designs for seasonal and capsule collections
  • Create clear technical drawings and spec sheets to communicate design intent to the factory
  • Select materials, including metals, gemstones, findings, and alternative components
  • Review and approve production samples, ensuring accuracy to design intent and quality standards
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging materials, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain an organized archive of sketches, spec sheets, and samples
  • Present collections and concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to product naming, storytelling, and collection narratives

Who you are
  • Professionally fluent in English
  • You have a fantastic eye for design and a strong, cohesive aesthetic sensibility
  • You have strong knowledge of metals, stones, fabrication methods, and finishing techniques
  • You can communicate design intent clearly and precisely through drawings and written specs
  • You're coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
  • You're thorough and detail-oriented, with a high bar for quality
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
  • Bonus: 3+ years of professional jewelry design experience and a portfolio to share
