Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a Retail Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of our e-commerce brand’s first physical retail stores. This role requires a creative professional who can translate our online brand identity into engaging, functional, and visually compelling brick-and-mortar store environments. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and construction teams to create store layouts and interiors that attract foot traffic, enhance customer experience, and drive sales.



Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and brand-aligned store interior designs and layouts tailored to the e-commerce brand’s identity and target customers
  • Create detailed design concepts, including floor plans, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material selections
  • Optimize store space for efficient customer flow, product display, and visual merchandising to maximize engagement and sales
  • Select and specify appropriate fixtures, furniture, lighting, finishes, and signage that reflect the brand and ensure durability in a retail environment
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate branding elements seamlessly into the store design
  • Manage the design process from initial concept through construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and building regulations.
  • Stay updated on retail design trends, customer behavior insights, and innovative store design solutions
  • Provide ongoing support for store rollouts, including multiple locations if applicable
     
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Linjer’s design aesthetic and how to translate this into physical experiences
  • Strong proficiency in 3D Modeling software such as Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong creative vision combined with practical problem-solving skills
