Operations Lead

Founded in 2014, Linjer is a fast-growing brand making high-quality leather bags and watches. Our goal is to elevate the standard of affordable luxury and become the leading brand in the space.

We are tracking to 8-figure yearly sales, and we are looking for ambitious, dedicated people to join our team for our next phase of growth.

The Director of Operations position is a critical role in the organization. As we're a small team, you'll be a Jack/Jill of all trades to start. You'll help us lead new growth initiatives, manage global production, manage vendor relationships, keep the shop running smoothly as we scale, execute on growth initiatives and build a team in Hong Kong. 

You'll work closely with the founders. Our hope is to groom this person into a COO role within 18-24 months.


What You’ll Do

  • Spearhead new collection launches (usually 2 times a year) and product launches from end to end: preparation of assets (image, video, copy), design of marketing materials, capacity planning with suppliers, fulfillment, etc.
  • Manage our supply chain and make sure we can keep pace with demand
  • Identify ways to optimize our supply chain from a cost and lead time perspective
  • Manage vendor relationships (warehouse, materials suppliers, factories, packaging suppliers, etc.)
  • Assist in building out more marketing channels (digital marketing, offline marketing, wholesale, influencer marketing)
  • Take the lead on any other large growth initiatives (e.g. a focused effort to enter a new market)
  • Collaborate with our Customer Experience Lead to continually deliver a flawless customer experience and improve on it
  • Hire a team to support you (and manage them!)

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidates have 3-5 years working at a management consultancy, investment bank, or similar high-performance environments. Previous experience in luxury fashion or retail is by no means required. 

  • Analytical skills are an absolute imperative. You must have very strong Excel skills and be able to make business decisions based on numbers
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
