Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant in a full-time role in our Sheung Wan office. 

Responsibilities (subject to skills and business needs at the time)

• Upload and publish new products and content to the website
• Manage product samples, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining sample records
• Coordinate content translation for website, email, and advertising materials
• Upload and launch ads in digital advertising platforms
• Load email content into the email marketing platform and schedule sends
• Set up and schedule SMS/text message campaigns
• Update website banners, landing pages, and promotional content as needed
• Support product launches and seasonal campaign execution

Qualifications

• Professionally fluent in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using technology
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
