Who we're looking for
We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our team in Hong Kong. You will be helping to bring the Linjer brand to life across various customer touchpoints through beautiful design. The core focus of the role is jewellery design, although you may also apply your creative eye and taste to helping with UX design, packaging design, offline experience design, visual merchandising and more. We’re looking for someone excited to work in a fast-moving environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and eager to integrate AI tools into how they work.
The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.
What you'll do
- Jewellery Design (previous jewellery design experience is not required)
- Design jewellery products in line with brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Propose collection groupings and launch timing within the merchandising calendar
- Review physical samples and provide written feedback for factories; iterate until samples are launch-ready
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to keep the sampling cycle on track — samples delivered on time for shoots, technical issues resolved promptly
- Maintain accurate records of sample reviews
- Other areas of creative design you may contribute in:
- Design UX elements for our website
- Contribute to the design of our first offline retail experience and visual merchandising
- Develop new packaging elements
- Use AI tools to move faster, experiment more, and raise the quality of your output
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity across touchpoints

- You speak English fluently
- You love our brand values and design aesthetic
- You have a sharp, creative eye and can translate the Linjer aesthetic into new, original designs

- You are highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- You are comfortable working with new tech (including AI)
